13-07-09 Music Club di Paola De Angelis
Grande selezione nella prima parte di Music Club. Inizio con i kinks e la loro you really got me per poi arrivare agli Interpol con la canzone intitolata PDA come Paola De Angelis :-) la stessa conduttrice sottolinea questa coincidenza. Poi la serata continua con altri gruppi che hanno come comune denominatore assonanze sonore che sono riconducibili ad un grande gruppo: i Joy Division da cui ascoltiamo l'eterna Love Will Tear Us Apar...
nella seconda parte invece ci presenta i Grizzly Bear un gruppo molto molto interessante. Dal loro ultimo album Veckatimest abbiamo ascoltato la prima traccia Southern Point poi a seguire un qaltro gruppo i Mercury rev, azzeccatissimo il passaggio musicale, anche se concordo con Paola erano meglio gli album precedenti, comunque i Mercury Rev restano sempre grandissimi. Dopo c'è spazio ancora per due canzoni interpretate da due figure femminili fondamentali per la scena musicale internazionale: Kate Bush e Joni Mitchell.
E come se non bastasse c'è il tempo per ascoltare un capolavoro di Lou Reed: Perfect Day. Che dire di questa selezione musicale di inizio settimana... è stata semplicemente fantastica!
